The policy covers all personal information collected in connection with the MGM Select signal service and the domain jmpstrategicinvestments.com.au.

We collect personal information necessary to provide the MGM Select signal service. This includes name, email address, postal address where relevant, and payment information (processed through our payment provider - we do not store card details directly). We do not collect sensitive information as defined under the Privacy Act (such as health, political, or racial information) in the ordinary course of operating this service.
