This Financial Services Guide (FSG) is issued by John Pontikas, Authorised Representative (AR No. 329302) of PGW Financial Services Pty Ltd (AFSL 384713). You should read this document carefully before subscribing to MGM Select.
The FSG is a document we are required to provide under the requirements of our Australian Financial Services Licence. It describes the financial services we provide, how we are remunerated for providing those services, and how complaints are handled. Its purpose is to help you decide whether to use the services we offer.
PGW Financial Services Pty Ltd is not independent, impartial, or unbiased because, although we will always put your interests before ours when giving advice, we may at times be remunerated by commission when helping clients arrange insurance and may act in or hold positions where a payment is received where you may be invested.

Through MGM Select, John Pontikas provides general financial product advice in relation to ASX-listed securities. This is the only service provided through this platform. PGW Financial Services Pty Ltd holds a broader licence, but only the general advice service described in this FSG is relevant to MGM Select members.

John Pontikas and JMP Strategic Investments Pty Ltd do not receive commission, brokerage, or any other benefit from members' trading or investment activity arising from signals published through this service.
