The Financial Services Guide (FSG) is a document required under our Australian Financial Services Licence. It tells you who we are, what services we provide, how we are remunerated, and how to make a complaint. You should read this document before engaging with or subscribing to MGM Select.
The FSG is issued by PGW Financial Services Pty Ltd (AFSL 384713) and covers the general financial product advice services provided by John Pontikas (Authorised Representative 329302) through JMP Strategic Investments Pty Ltd and the MGM Select signal service.
The FSG explains who PGW Financial Services Pty Ltd is and the nature of the financial services licence under which MGM Select operates. It describes what types of advice John Pontikas is authorised to provide — which is limited to general financial product advice in respect of Securities and other specified product classes. It does not cover personal financial advice.
The FSG also explains how the service is remunerated (membership fees only — no commissions on member trading activity), how to make a complaint, and how complaints are escalated to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) if unresolved.
